KIDS' Camps 2026-2027 Parent/Camper Handbook

Kids' Camps is thrilled to offer Week 2 - Wintertainment, just before the New Year! Designed for Pre-Kinder through 5th grade students, this full-day program is packed with end-of-year excitement. Campers will enjoy a variety of winter-themed activities, including festive crafts, and entertaining challenges.

Get ready for three days of creativity, entertainment, and celebration! Campers can enjoy activities with friends, then take part in the return of our Noon Year’s Party. They’ll also have a chance to share their talents in a camper showcase. Whether they love performing, cheering on their friends, or joining the celebration, Wintertainment offers everyone a way to be part of the fun.

Come dressed to celebrate on December 30th in your favorite festive outfit as we get ready for our Noon Years Celebration at 12:00 PM sharp!

Let’s end the year with fun, friendship, and plenty of Wintertainment memories!

**Register by December 15. The enrollment office will be closed during both weeks of winter break. Registration for Wintertainment must be completed before the break begins.

Please note that campers are required to bring their own lunch and a reusable water bottle. We provide a light breakfast snack and an afternoon snack to keep everyone energized throughout the day.

Withdrawals/Refunds:

Registration and Withdrawal deadline.

December 15th, 2026 at 11:59 p.m.

“If you are unable to attend the camp session, we are happy to refund tuition, less a 5% processing fee, when you cancel your camp session a week before the camp starts. The deadline to request a refund is 11:59pm on the Tuesday prior to the camp start date."
