As young adults approach driving age, the quality of their driver education program becomes critical. Courses taught by qualified professionals are vital. They place a well-balanced emphasis on driver performance, making accurate decisions based on perception and appropriate behavior at a time when students are just beginning to drive. The Teen Driver Education program includes: 32 hours of classroom instruction (in-person or online), 7 hours of instructor-led driving, and 7 hours of observation driving. We are certified by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR).

This is a pilot program for a few select locations to provide care for NEISD Employee children. If you are not a NEISD Employee, please do not register.

We are thrilled to offer a variety of seasonal camps for the 25-26' school year, designed for participants currently in Pre-K through 5th grade. Our full-day programs provide campers with fun-filled days of enrichment activities, outdoor play, arts and crafts, and more. Each week is themed to enhance our planned activities, ensuring engaging and memorable experiences. All activities are led by neisd-trained employees who are dedicated to making a positive impact on your child’s life. Please note that campers are required to bring their own lunch and a reusable water bottle. We provide a light breakfast snack and an afternoon snack to keep everyone energized throughout the day. The Kids' Involvement Network (KIN) provides afterschool enrichment activities and supervision for elementary and middle school students in a way that will improve their attitudes, grades, and behavior so they will be positive members of the school and community. Each day, participants receive a nutritious snack, ensuring they stay energized throughout the afternoon. Our dedicated staff fosters a supportive atmosphere where students can explore, create, and strengthen their academic skills while enjoying fun and engaging activities. **Registration for Summer Extended Care will open April 10, 2024 and close on May 15, 2024.** Summer Extended Care is dedicated to providing students with a safe and enriching environment after Summer School. Students will participate in activities designed to engage and promote additional learning for the upcoming school year.
