Skyhawks: MultisportSummer Sports & MovementThis multi-sport program was developed to give children a positive first or next step into athletics. Sports are taught in a safe, structured environment filled with encouragement and fun. Through exciting games and activities, campers explore balance, hand/eye coordination, and skill development at their own pace. Participants should bring a water bottle and wear appropriate athletic attire. All participants receive a personalized player evaluation award certificate and Skyhawks t-shirt. Whether learning about sensors while building drills and magic wands, or discovering ways that gears and pulleys create movement while building helicopters and robotic dogs, your child is sure to have a great time. Summer 2026 Driver Education - Self-PacedAvailable ProgramsYou are registering for the self-paced option. The classroom portion will be done online and the in-car portion will be in-person. neisd will send you login information - only purchase through neisd.arux.app. You must register an email address or you will not receive any login information. Register now for a blended online driver education class through neisd. Students will receive 32 hours of online, self-paced classroom instruction through our partner, Aceable, as well as seven hours of behind-the-wheel driving and seven hours of observation with a certified driving instructor. Our 6-step Program Flyer and FAQ can be found here when you click this link. The classroom portion is all done online, while all in-car training is scheduled individually by the student once the permit is obtained. Drives are scheduled from the neisd high schools as well as the neisd Community Learning Center. The transfer DE-964 certificate will be available to you in your Aceable profile after all 32 hours are completed. You must send that certificate to driversedu@neisd.net AND have your permit in order to be eligible to drive with the instructors. Students must be at least 15 years old before class begins. The Driver Education contract found here must be filled out, signed by both parent and student, then submitted to the Driver Education office before the class begins. We must have a contract on file before we issue your login information. Students have 9 months from date of registration to complete the driving component of this course. No refunds will be issued after the login information is issued. Login information and instructions will be sent via email to the address on file the day the course is scheduled to begin.
